Las Vegas is the most competitive drone-show market in the country, because it is the one city where your show is competing with Sphere and the Bellagio fountains for the same eyes. It is also a city where crowds, resort airspace and stadium temporary flight restrictions all intersect. The safety case here is the product.
Choreographed light shows for sports, corporate events, festivals and brand activations. The work is half animation and half aviation: the show is designed like motion graphics, then flown under an airspace plan with the safety case a public crowd requires. Clark County and the City of Las Vegas each handle their own film permitting, and the resorts are private property with their own approval chains on top of that. The Nevada Film Office coordinates statewide. A shoot that crosses from a resort property to a public right of way crosses a permitting boundary with it.
Summer daytime heat genuinely degrades battery performance and shortens flight times, which pushes serious work to early morning and after dark from June through September. Winter is the best flying weather in the country, and wind is the only real variable.
We shoot the Strip, Fremont Street, Sphere, Allegiant Stadium, and the desert an hour in any direction — and we travel. CineDrones works nationwide, so if your production is basing in Las Vegas and shooting somewhere else entirely, that is a normal week for us.

It depends entirely on what you want in the sky. Simple logos and text need far fewer aircraft than animated sequences. We size the fleet to the storyboard rather than selling a package and cutting the design to fit.
Longer than most clients expect. The airspace approval and the safety case are the schedule drivers, not the animation. Start the conversation months out for anything over a public crowd.
There is a defined go/no-go framework agreed before the event, with wind and visibility limits set in advance. Building the contingency into the contract is part of doing this properly.
